County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in
Book 183 of Photostatic Records on page 529, and part of that tract of record in said Office in
Book 183 of Photostatic Records on page 531 and part of the second parcel described in that
document of record in said Office in Book 231 of Photostatic Records on page 615, described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast corner of said SE' /.NW' /o;
thence S89 29' -40 "W, 662.84 feet, along the south line of said SW1/4NE' /4, to a point;
thence N00 08' -36 "W, 806.89 feet, to a spike on the centerline of Bedford- Tumerville County
Road No. 12 -123;
thence coursing said centerline as follows:
S71 02' -11 "E, 158.94 feet, to a spike at the beginning of a circular curve to the left;
southeasterly, 125.16 feet, along the arc of said curve, through a central angle of 14 33' -00
