Mower and Shirley Mower, husband and wife, do hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of March 30, 2002, made and executed by Chris Cattelan and Susie Cattelan, to William E. Mower and Shirley Mower, husband and wife, as mortgagees, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $60,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming on April 11, 2002, in Book 487PR, Page 201, and mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to wit: The Lot No. 11 of the Block No. 11 in the original Town of Kemmerer, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, as surveyed, platted and recorded in the Office of the Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds, in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming; and A portion of the Lot No. 10 of the Block No. 11, in the original Town of Kemmerer, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point on the dividing line between the Lots Numbered 10 and 11, of said Block 11, which is 70 feet from the front of said Lots 10 and 11, and thence Southwesterly at a right angle to the said dividing line, a distance of 3 feet, thence Southeasterly and parallel to said dividing line, a distance of 30 feet, thence in a Northeasterly direction 3 feet to the said dividing line of said Lots and at right angles thereto, thence in a Northwesterly direction along said dividing line a distance of 30 feet to the point of beginning The aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released and discharged; and in consideration thereof, the said mortgagee does hereby release the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
