Morgan and State of Utah, for good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, hereby sells and conveys to Let
Bygones be ByGomms, LLC, a Utah limited liability company, whose street address is 1544 West 3600 North,
Pleasant Grove, UT 84062, the following real property in the County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, to wit:
Lot 2 of the Gomm Family Association Subdivision Amended as said lot is laid out and described on
the plat of said subdivision as filed in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk;
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all other things thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining (including, but not limited to, water, sewer, electricity, telephone
and any other utility hook -ups);
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights -of -way, reservations and restrictions now of record or
otherwise affecting said lands;
FURTHER SUBJECT to the covenants and restrictions of the Gomm Family Association as recorded
in the Lincoln County Clerk's Office as instrument no. 950100 at Book 734, Page 199, which covenants
were recorded on the 20th day of October, 2009.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
THE PURPOSE of this Corrective Special Warranty Deed is to supersede and to replace a previous Special
Warranty Deed to and from the same parties named above, executed on December 16, 2010, and recorded in Book
759, Page 5 in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk, which Special Warranty Deed contained: (i) an obsolete
grantee entity name, address and state of registration due to a subsequent change of entity domestication; (ii) a
description of an allegedly granted, but disputed, variance to a forty foot wide easement; and (iii) a citation to a
previously recorded covenants and restrictions instrument, which at the time of the execution of the Special
Warranty Deed, had been replaced by a recorded amended version of covenants and restrictions.
