KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that RICHARD M. JOHNSON and
PAULA JEAN JOHNSON, husband and wife, tenants by the entireties, P.O. Box 3303, Alpine,
Wyoming 83128, GRANTORS, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby remise, release, and forever
quitclaim unto RICHARD M. JOHNSON and PAULA JEAN JOHNSON, TRUSTEES of THE
JOHNSON FAMILY LIVING TRUST, DATED MAY 8, 2012, and their successors and assigns forever,
all such right, title, interest property, possession, claim, and demand as Grantors may have or ought to
have in and to all of the following described property, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and
by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming to wit:
That property described in the Warranty Deed that was recorded in the land
records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on May 4, 1987 in Book 250 PR at Page 602 as
Instrument No. 672058; and
That property described in the Quitclaim Deed that was recorded in the land
records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on February 8, 2006 in Book 611 at Pages 813
through 815 as Receiving No. 915856.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon situated or in
anywise appertaining thereunto.
Subject to all reservations and restrictions in the United States Patent and to
easements and rights -of -way of record or in use.
