C. LEROY SCHENK, Grantor, for the consideration of Ten Dollars ($10), Conveys and
Warrants to EILEEN SCHENK and C. LEROY SCHENK, Trustees, or their successors in trust,
under the EILEEN SCHENK LIVING TRUST, dated September 7, 2006, and any amendments
thereto, Grantees, whose mailing address is 1700 E. Lakeside Dr. #24, Gilbert, AZ 85234, all
interest in the following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming:
Beginning at a point 80 rods West of the Northeast Corner of the Northeast Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter (NE1 /4NW1 /4) of Section 27, Township 35 North, Range 119 West of the 6th
P.M., Wyoming and running thence South 231 feet, thence West approximately 754 feet to the now
existing centerline of the Salt River, Thence northeasterly along the now existing centerline of the
Salt River approximately 231 feet to the north line of said Section 27, thence East 754 feet to the
point of beginning
Together with a nonexclusive, perpetual easement for ingress and egress from U.S. Highway 89 to
the above described lands in favor of said grantee, their heirs, successors and assigns in interest,
fifty (50) feet in width, described as follows:
The north fifty feet of the SE 1 /4NE 1 /4; the North fifty feet of the S W 1 /4NE 1 /4; beginning at the
Northeast corner of the SE1 /4NW1 /4, thence west fifty feet, thence south 50 feet, thence east 50
feet, thence north 50 feet; the east fifty feet and the north fifty feet of the S 1 /2NE1 /4NW 1/4; and the
east fifty feet of the N1 /2NW1 /4NW1 /4, all in Section 27, Township 35 North, Range 119 West of
the e P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming
Together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise
appertaining thereto.
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right -of -ways of record, of sight or in use.
