#24, Gilbert, AZ 85234 as to an undivided one -half (1/2) interest, Grantees, the following
described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming:
The North fifty feet and the East fifty feet of the S1 /2NE1 /4NW1/4 of section 27, Township 35N,
Range 119 West, 6 P.M. County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming.
The property runs 1327 feet plus or minus from east to west, and is 50 feet wide, totaling 1.52 acres
plus or minus.
Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in any wise appertaining.
