of Green River, Sweetwater County, Wyoming, Grantors, for and in

and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO STANLEY HOHLER, a
single man, of Rock Springs, Sweetwater County, Wyoming, Grantee, as
Sole Owner, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln
County, Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by
virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
LOT 63, UNIT J, COMMISSARY RANCH SUBDIVISION,
LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING AS DESCRIBED ON THE
OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF, TOGETHER WITH ALL
BUILDINGS, IMPROVEMENTS AND APPURTENANCES
THEREON SITUATE OR IN ANYWISE APPERTAINING
THERETO;
Together with any improvements thereon, and easements,
appurtenances and incidents belonging or appertaining thereto, or used
in connection therewith; subject, however, to all mining, mineral and
other exceptions, reservations, conditions and rights of way of record.
