CERTIFICATE OF SALE
For value received, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. with the address of
3476 Stateview Blvd, Fort Mill, SC 29715, grants, bargains, sells, transfers and
assigns to The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development of Washington
D.C., his successor and /or assigns Grantee, whose legal address is c/o
Michaelson, Connor, Boul, 4400 Will Rogers Parkway, Ste 300, Oklahoma
City, OK 73108, "Assignee its legal representatives and assigns, all right, title
and interest in that certain Certificate of Sale dated October 25, 2011, on the
following described property:
LOT 107 OF STAR VALLEY RANCH PLAT 17, LINCOLN
COUNTY, WYOMING, AS SHOWN ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT
THERE OF FILED MAY 3, 1979, AS RECEIVING NO. 523541, IN
THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF LINCOLN COUNTY,
WYOMING, AS PLAT NO. 235.
with an address of 385 Hardman Road, Star Valley Ranch, WY
83127
Together with all improvements thereon situate and
all fixtures and appurtenances thereto,
which was sold at a foreclosure sale on October 25, 2011, and the Certificate of
Sale was filed on October 25, 2011, at Reception No. 961580 in Book 775 at
Page 108 in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in
and for Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Assignee shall be substituted in the full place and stead of Assignor
and shall take all legal action he may deem proper or necessary in connection
with the Certificate of Sale assigned.
All acts, assignments and transfers under this assignment and all
rights of the parties under this assignment shall be governed by the laws of the
State of Wyoming.
All agreements of the parties are contained in this assignment
which cannot be modified except by written instrument signed by all parties.
