Cotney, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for First National Bank its successors and assigns, as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage dated November 25, 2009 (the "Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on November 30, 2009, at Reception No. 950807 in Book 737 at Page 85. The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows: Assignee: Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. Assignment dated: May 18, 2011 Assignment recorded: May 23, 2011 Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 959387 in Book 767 at Page 42 Assignee: Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. Assignment dated: May 19, 2011 Assignment recorded: May 25, 2011 Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 959409 in Book 767 at Page 129 All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on October 25, 2011, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.
