SHERIFF'S DEED
WHEREAS, Gloria A. Cotney, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to
Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for First National
Bank its successors and assigns, as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real
property by that certain mortgage dated November 25, 2009 (the "Mortgage
and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio
Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on November
30, 2009, at Reception No. 950807 in Book 737 at Page 85.
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:

Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., acting under a power of sale contained in
the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter
described real property on October 25, 2011, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at
public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925
Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. "Successful Bidder made
the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of
$278,534.88, and the said real property was then and there sold to the
Successful Bidder on October 25, 2011 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale
was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale
was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio
Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on October 25,
2011, at Reception No. 961580 in Book 775 at Page 108.;
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to The Secretary
Of Housing And Urban Development Of Washington, D.C., its successors and
assigns by that certain Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated November 18,
2011 and recorded in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of
Deeds in and for Lincolp County, State of Wyoming, on OVA /1 ('1
2012 at Reception No. A �C1 0 in Book 1 5(i) at P
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
