KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Lorna Evanson Allred, Grantor, of
Fairview, Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND
QUITCLAIMS to Alan Lance Allred, an individual, Grantee, whose address is 7700 Bittercreek
Rd, PO Box 5, Fairview, WY 83119, the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln
County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
The West Half of the following described property:
In Section 19, the SE1 /4 NE1 /4in Township 31 North, Range 119
West of the 6 P.M., Wyoming.
Also:
The West Half of the following described property:
In Section 19, Lot 1, also described as the NE1 /4 NE1 /4 in Township
31 North, Range 119 West of the 6th P.M., Wyoming.
Reserving unto Enid W. Allred a life estate thereon for the life of Enid W. Allred.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all other
things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights -of -way, reservations and
restrictions now of record or otherwise affecting said lands.
