KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Alan Lance Allred, Grantor, of
Fairview, Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND
QUITCLAIMS to Lorna Evanson Allred, an individual, Grantee, whose address is
PO Box 5, Fairview, WY 83119, the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County
and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
Parcel 1
That part of the SW 1 /a SW 1 /4 Section 14 and that part of the SE 1/4 SE 1 /a of Section 15,
T31N R119W of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming being part of that tract
of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 441PR on page 612,
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the South line of said SE 1 /a SE 1 /a N 892'54" W, 60.00
feet from the Southeast corner of said SE 1 /4 SE 1 /4
thence N 89 °52'54" W, 357.33 feet, along the South line of said
SE 1 ,SE 14 to a spike on the centerline of North Sprague Creek Drive, at the
beginning of a non tangent circular curve to the left, which has its radius
point bearing N 43°27'12" W;
thence along the centerline, Northeasterly 813.25 feet, along the
arc of said curve through a central angle of 62 °07'39" with a radius of
750.00 feet and a chord bearing N 15 °28'58" E, 773.99 feet to a spike on
the centerline of a 60 foot access and utility easement;
thence S 72 °24' 14" E, 522.73 feet, along said centerline to a spike;
thence S 08°16'16" E, 481.69 feet;
thence S 81 °41'02" W, 359.91 feet, to a point on the west line of said SW 1/4SW%;
thence N 89 °52'54" W, 60.00 feet, along a line parallel with the South line of said
SE1/4SE1/4;
thence S 00 °41'34" W, 60.00 feet, along a line parallel with the East line of said
SE 1 /a SE to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Parcel 2
The right of access as provided for in instrument recorded February 16, 2000 in
Book 441PR on page 570 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all other
things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights -of -way, reservations and
restrictions now of record or otherwise affecting said lands.
