CONVEY AND WARRANT TO

the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of' the state
to wit:
Lots 17 and 18 of Block 28 of the First Addition to the Town of LaBarge,
Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof.
NOTE: This serves to correct the legal description and acknowledgment of that certain
Warranty Deed recorded July 5, 2001 in Book 468PR on page 99 of the records of the
Lincoln County Clerk.
