Johnson and Tracy W. Johnson whose address is 165 2 ice I. aare The receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and forever quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators, remise, release and forever quitclaim unto the said STATE OF WYOMING COUNTY OF LINCOLN TOMMIE W. LESS AND EXCEPT the following described land: Beginning at a point 730 feet north of the Southeast corner of the SW' /4SE /4 of said Section 26 and running thence West 500 feet; thence North 600 feet; thence East 500 feet; thence South 600 feet to the point of beginning. LESS AND EXCEPT the land contained in Warranty Deed recorded April 26, 2001 in Book 463PR on page 236 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk. Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said Tormnie W. Johnson and Tracy W. Johnson heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoof forever. So that neither I nor any other person in my name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right to title to the premises or any part thereof, but they and everyone of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
