QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Renee Barrett Johnson, whose address is
6115 Curzon Avenue, Fort Worth, Texas 76116, in consideration of the sum of ten dollars ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration to her, in hand paid by J. Lee Johnson, IV aka J. Lee
Johnson of Lincoln County, Wyoming, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged,
has remised, released, and forever quitclaimed and by these presents does for herself, her heirs,
executors and administrators, remise, release and forever quitclaim unto said J. Lee Johnson, IV
aka J. Lee Johnson, his heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property,
possession, claim and demand as she may have or ought to have, in or to all the following
described premises, to -wit:
Lots 59, 60, 61 and 62 of Fertile Acres Vacation and Second Filing, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, as described on the official plat thereof filed in the office of the County Clerk on
November 15, 1982 as Plat No. 285 and as Receiving No. 587304.
Together with all improvements thereon appertaining.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States patents, to
covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, and rights -of -way of record or in use, and to all
other matters of public record.
Together with all improvements thereon and all rights, appurtenances and hereditaments
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights -of -way, reservations, restrictions and
existing or future oil and gas and /or other mineral leases, now of record or otherwise affecting said
lands.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said J. Lee Johnson, IV aka J. Lee
Johnson, his heirs and assigns, to his own proper use and behoof forever. So that Renee Barrett
Johnson nor any other person in her name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any
right or title to the premises or any part thereof, but they and every one of them shall by these
presents be excluded and forever barred.
