Together with all improvements thereon and all rights, appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining. SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights -of -way, reservations, restrictions and existing or future oil and gas and /or other mineral leases, now of record or otherwise affecting said lands. Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said J. Lee Johnson, IV aka J. Lee Johnson, his heirs and assigns, to his own proper use and behoof forever.
