The terms and conditions of this easement shall be binding upon the inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors and assigns of the parties named in this instrument. Luke D Brog, grantor of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby acknowledge, CONVEY (S) AND WARRANT (S) to SILVER STAR TELEPHONE COMPANY, INC., grantee of Freedom, Wyoming, an easement for the benefit of the Grantee on the following described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, for the following purposes and under the following conditions: 1. Purpose of Easement. This easement shall be for the purpose of Right -of- Way for telecommunications lines and to construct, operate, repair, maintain, relocate and replace thereon underground or exposed telecommunication facilities, and included as necessary and reasonable rights of ingress and egress to accomplish said operation, maintenance, repair, relocation and replacement. The grantee may trim or remove trees, shrubbery, undergrowth or other obstructions that pose a threat of damage to the utilities. Description of Easement. A 10' strip of land along the west property line of that parcel described and recorded with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County Wyoming in Book 759 on Pages 411 -412 having a Receiving No. 957342 located within the NE1 /4NBW1 /4 of Section 23, T34N R1 19W of the 6 P.M. excepting that parcel described and recorded with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County Wyoming in Book 762 on Page 302 having a Receiving No. 958023.
