KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT Harold E. Ward
herein after called "Grantor" and T,niG A W his wife
of the County of T.inrnln State of Wyoming (the
Grantor and his wife being hereinafter collectively called the
"Grantors for good and valuable consideration, the receipt of of which
is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant unto, Silver Star Telephone
Co., Inc., a Wyoming Corporation, and to its successors or assigns, the
right to enter upon the lands of the grantor situated in the County of
Lincoln State of Wyoming and described as follows:
Beginning at thesouthwest corner of the SE 1/4SE4, Section 7, T34N, R118W,
6th P.M., Wyoming, and running east 165 feet; thence north 528 feet;
thence west 165 feet; thence south 528 feet to the point of beginning.
And to place, construct, operate, repair, maintain, relocate and replace
thereon and in or upon all streets, roads, or highways, abutting said
lands, an aerial or underground telephone line or system, 'including the
right to cut and trim trees to the extent necessary to keep them clear
of said telephone line or system, and to cut down from time to time all
dead, weak leaning or dangerous trees that are tall enough to strike the
wires in falling.
The Grantor covenants that he is the owner of the above described lands
and that the said lands are free and clear of encumbrances and liens of
whatsoever character except,
AND Lois A. Ward the wife of the Grantor, hereby
relinquishes and releases any right or interest she may have inconsistent
with the right of way easement herein granted, including right of dower,
distributive share or homestead in the above described lands.
