ROBERTS TRUST, created by a Trust Agreement dated the 29 day of April, 1986, General Partner, and FRED W. ROBERTS, LOU ANN ROWAN and JANE F. SCHNAUBER, Trustees of the FAMILY TRUST created under the LOUIS W. Roberts, and any revocable trust created by Fred W.
