Ann Harper- Preece, as Sellers, and Melody Stetzenbach, as Buyer, in which Sellers did agree to sell and Buyer did agree to purchase a certain tract of real property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, described as follows: ALL OF LOTS 8 AND 10 OF BLOCK 11 OF THE AMENDED PLAT OF THE TOWN OF OPAL, LINCOLN COUNTY, ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK, TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon, or in anywise appertaining thereunto, SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights -of- way of record or in sight or use. Also known as 186 Whitetail Street, Opal, Wyoming. Tax notices will continue to be sent to Sellers at PO Box 4, Opal, Wyoming 83124. There are many other covenants in the original Agreement for Sale and Purchase of Property. Each Party has a copy of said Agreement.
