The officers who sign this deed hereby certify that this deed and the transfer represented thereby was duly
authorized under a resolution duly adopted by the board of directors of the grantor at a lawful meeting
duly held and attended by a quorum.

to more correctly describe that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 750 of
Photostatic Records on page 198 as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast corner of said SE 1/4 SE 1/4;
thence S00 37' -19 "E, 1266.81 feet, along the east line of said SE 1/4 SE 1/4, to a point;
thence S89 51' -30 "W, 1039.00 feet, along a line parallel with and offset sixty (60) feet from the south line
of said SE 1/4 SE 1/4 to a point;
thence N00 37'19 "W, 1267.71 feet, along a line parallel with the east line of said SE 1/4 SE 1/4, to a point
on the north line of said SE 1/4 SE 1/4;
thence N89 54' -29 "E, 1039.03 feet, along said north line, to the CORNER OF BEGINNING;
