Campbell of 12873 West Harvard Avenue, Lakewood Colorado, 80228, Personal Representative of the estate of Leona Josephine Campbell, a/k/a Leona J. Campbell, a/k/a Leona Campbell, a/k/a L. J. Campbell, a/k/a L. Josephine Campbell, GRANTOR, and Max L. Campbell, Trustee of the Leona Campbell Testamentary Family Trust dated September 25, 1984, whose address is 12873 West Harvard Avenue, Lakewood Colorado, 80228, GRANTEE. WITNESSETH, that the GRANTOR, by virtue of the power and authority given in the Order To Distribute Funds To The Leona Campbell Testamentary Family Trust dated September 25, 1984 entered in the Estate of Leona Josephine Campbell, a/k/a Leona J. Campbell, a/k/a Leona Campbell, a/k/a L. J. Campbell, a/k/a L. Josephine Campbell, Probate No. 07PR734 in the District Court, First Judicial District, Jefferson County, Colorado, dated and entered June 9, 2011, which court order was included with a certified copy of those certain probate documents filed in the District Court, First Judicial District, Jefferson County, Colorado, a foreign court of competent jurisdiction, as required by Wyo. Stat. Ann. §2 -11 -201, and which certified copies were admitted to the probate court in the matter of the Estate of Leona Josephine Campbell, a/k/a Josephine L. Campbell Probate No. 2012 -2178, in the District Court, Ninth Judicial District, State of Wyoming, on May 7, 2012, pursuant to which said certified copies are considered to be original proceedings in Probate No. 2012 -2178, does hereby grant and convey unto the GRANTEE forever, all mineral interests owned by the decedent at the time of her death in and under the following described property, which, located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, and Sublette County Wyoming, to -wit: 00 a. NE1/4NE1/4, Section 16, Township 26 North, Range 112 West, of the 6 Principal Meridian, Lincoln County, Wyoming, containing 40 acres; b. Lots 1 -16, Section 34 and Lots 1 -15, Section 35 w Township 27 North, Range 112 West, of the 6 Q w Principal Meridian, Sublette County, Wyoming, co w 2 Containing 1,278.75 acres; and M Y z ru 4 W z U' Q c. U Y 0 W will 0 W m O CC z J TOGETHER with the appurtenances, and also all the estate which the said decedent had at the time of decedent's death in said premises, and also the estate therein, which the GRANTOR has or has power to convey or dispose of, whether individually, or by virtue of said order, or otherwise. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the GRANTEE, and the successors and assigns of the GRANTEE forever. GRANTOR covenants that the GRANTOR has not done anything whereby the premises have been encumbered in any way whatsoever, except as shown in this deed.
