consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND FOREVER QUITCLAIM to
ROBERT L. McFARLAND, SR. AND CECILIA G. McFARLAND, Trustees of the Robert L.
McFarland Sr. and Cecilia G. McFarland Living Trust, dated May 36 2012, Grantees, its
successors and assigns forever, the following described real estate situated in the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
