KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Stephen L. Frampton, a single person, in
consideration of the sum of Ten ($1o.00) and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is
hereby confessed and acknowledged, has remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed and by these presents
does remis, release and forever quitclaim to Stephen L. Frampton, Shayne L. Frampton and Chad S.
Frampton, as joint tenants with full rights of survivorship, whose address is 775 East 200 South,
Santaquin, UT 84655, all right, title and interest in the following described real property in the State of
Wyoming, County of Lincoln:
Part of Section 18, T31N, Rii8W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as
follows:
The south one -half of the north one -half (S1/2N1/2) of the following described property:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the NE1 /4SW1/4 of said Section 18 and running thence West 115 rods;
thence South 8o rods; thence East 115 rods; thence North 8o rods to the point of beginning
Excepting therefrom land contained in Warranty Deed to State Highway Commission of Wyoming
recorded January 23, 1974 in Book io8PR on page 626 of records of Lincoln County Clerk
Together with an easement for access to the south one -half of the north one -half of the above described
property which is described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of the above described parcel of
property and running thence South along the East Boundary 20 rods; thence West 3o feet; thence North 20
rods; thence East 3o feet to the point of beginning
Subject to a joint easement agreement by and between Doran Erickson and Debra Erickson, husband and
wife, and as trustees, and Stephen Frampton and Linda Frampton, husband and wife, and as trustees,
recorded April 5, 2010 in Book 745 on Page 72 of records of Lincoln County Clerk
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon situated or in
anywise appertaining thereto.
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions and right -of -ways of record, of sight or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
