THAT WE Vanny R. Blanchard and Heidi J. Blanchard, husband and wife, hereby make
constitute and appoint Heidi J. Blanchard, as our true and lawful attomey -in -fact for us and in
our names, place and stead to mortgage and encumber and execute all documents, including but
not limited to, promissory note, mortgage, settlement statement, affidavits and agreements
necessary to mortgage and encumber the following described real property:

official plat filed with Instrument No. 880072.

giving and granting unto our said attomey, full power and authority to do and perform all and
every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises as
fully to all intents and purposes, as we might or could do if personally present with full power of
substitution and revocation, hereby ratifying and confirming all that our said attorney substitute
shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
