hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption

Lincoln County
Including and together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments,
appurtenances and improvements thereon or thereunto belonging, but subject to
reservations and restrictions encroachments, rights -of -way and easements of sight
and /or record.
