This Deed, made this di day of M 2012, between The Secretary of Housing Urban
Development of Washington D.C. party of the first part and
Robert T. Vanderzalm, sole owner
Party of the second part, whose address is
301 Quartz St. Kemmerer, WY 83101
WITNESSETH: That the said part of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations to the said party of the first part acknowledged,
as granted, sold and conveyed, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell and confirm unto the
party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, forever, the following described real property situate in
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to wit:
Lot 12 in Block 25 in the First Addition to the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the Official Plat thereof.
Also known as: 301 Quartz Street, Kemmerer, WY 83101
Being the same property acquired by the party of the first part pursuant to the provisions on the National Housing
Act, as amended (12S.C.1701) and the Department of Housing and Urban Development Act (42 U.S.C.3531).
Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and
all the estate, right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever of the said party of the first part, either in law or
equity, of, in and to the above bargained premises, with the hereditaments and appurtenances. To have and To
hold the said premises above bargained and described with appurtenances, unto said Robert T. Vanderzalm, the
said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever.
SUBJECT to all covenants, restrictions, reservations, easements, conditions and rights appearing of record; and
subject to any state of facts an accurate survey would show.
And the said party of the first part, for himself and his successors, covenants and agrees to and with the party of
the second part, his heirs and assigns, against all and every person or person lawfully claiming or to claim the
whole or any part thereof, by, through or under the said party of the first part, to Warranty and forever defend.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned, being specifically named pursuant to the delegation of authority
published at 70 F.R.43, 171 (July 26, 2005) as an authorized agent, has set his /her seal as a principal and /or
officer of Best Assets, Inc. for and on behalf of the Secretary of ousing and Urban Development.
