Direct Mortgage Corp. its successors and assigns, as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage dated October 17, 2006 (the "Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on October 24, 2006, at Reception No. 923686 in Book 638 at Page 62. The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows: Assignee: Wells Fargo Bank, NA Assignment dated: March 7, 2011 Assignment recorded: March 17, 2011 Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 141 All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Lincoln County, Wyoming; and 958530 in Book 764 at Page Register of Deeds in and for WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of Wells Fargo Bank, NA, acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on January 10, 2012, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, Wells Fargo Bank, NA "Successful Bidder made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $245,000.00, and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on January 10, 2012 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on January 12, 2012, at Reception No. 962720 in Book 779 at Page 237.; WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns by that certain Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated February 21, 2012 and recorded in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on G 2012 at Reception No. in Book mar at Page 4 /3 c:?
