WHEREAS, Sallie Somerville and Andrew Seitz, as mortgagor(s),
mortgaged to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for
First Horizon Home Loan Corporation its successors and assigns, as mortgagee,
the hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage dated May 23,
2007 (the "Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the office of the
County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on June 1, 2007, at Reception No. 929946 in Book 660 at Page 357.
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:
Assignee: MetLife Home Loans, a division of MetLife Bank, N.A.
Assignment dated: November 2, 2011
Assignment recorded: November 16, 2011
Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 961955 in Book 776 at Page

All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of MetLife Home Loans, a division of MetLife Bank, N.A., acting under a
power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did
sell the hereinafter described real property on January 24, 2012, at 10:00 o'clock
in the forenoon, at public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County
Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State
of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, MetLife Home Loans, a division of MetLife Bank, N.A.
"Successful Bidder made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described
real property in the sum of $239,170.36, and the said real property was then and
there sold to the Successful Bidder on January 24, 2012 "Sale Date and a
Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which
Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County
Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on January 24, 2012, at Reception No. 962888 in Book 779 at Page
735.;
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal
National Mortgage Association, its successors and assigns by that certain
Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated February 28, 2012 and recorded in the
records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on crew, ca}-1A 2012 at Reception No.
C-1(PLI k in Book 1 at Page 74 5L
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said FEDERAL NATIONAL
MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, whose address is P.O. Box 650043 Dallas, TX
