releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the

more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point 5 rods and 12 1/2 feet South of the Northeast corner of
said Lot 1;
thence South 4 rods and 4 feet;
thence West 6 rods;
thence North 4 rods and 4 feet;
thence East 6 rods to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights -of -way of record
or in use.
