Michael Brian Nelson, of Freedom, Lincoln County, Wyoming, upon his oath deposes and
1. That he makes this affidavit as his recorded statement, duly verified, pursuant to the
provisions of W.S. 34 -2 -123 and in connection with the following described real property located in
Lincoln County, Wyoming:
Quitclaim Deed recorded in Book 455 PR, page 6:
Parcel 1:
Beginning at a point the Northeast corner of the NW1 /4SE1/4 of Section 27 in T35N,
R119W of the 6 P.M., Wyoming, and running thence South 60 rods; thence West
160 rods; thence North 60 rods; thence East 160 rods to the place of beginning,
containing 60 acres of land, be there more or Tess; and, ALSO:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the SE1 /4SW1/4 of Section 27 in T35N,
R119W of the Sixth P.M., and running thence North 100 rods; thence East 2 rods;
thence South 100 rods; thence West 2 rods to the place of beginning.
Parcel 2:
STATEMENT OF TRUST AND
IDENTITY OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE
Pursuant to W.S. 34 -2 -123
Beginning at a point which is 2 rods North from the South Quarter Corner of Section
27, and running thence West 68 rods; thence North 16 rods; thence West 10 rods;
thence North 82 rods; thence East 158 rods; thence South 98 rods; thence West 80
rods to the point of beginning (except a tract of land in the SW1 /4SE1/4 described
as follows: Beginning at the Southeast Corner of Section 27, thence West along the
South line of said Section 27 a distance of 1314.0 feet to the East line of the
SW1 /4SE1/4 thence North along said East line 33.0 feet to a point in the North right
of -way line of a roadway the real point of beginning, thence continuing North along
said East line a distance of 967.0 fee; thence West parallel with the South line a

distance of 320.0 feet; thence South 13 °05' W, 446.31 feet; thence South 3 °33'W,
533.30 feet to a point in the North right -of -way line of said roadway; thence East
along said right -of -way line 454.05 feet to the point of beginning, containing 9.05
acres, more or less, Section 27, T35N, R119W of the 6 P.M.
Parcel 3:
Part of the S1/2NW1/4 of Section 27, T35N, R119W of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows:
All of the S1/2NW1/4 of said Section 27 lying East of the thread of the Salt River
containing 44.67 acres, more or less, together with all water, water rights, mineral
rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining
thereunto. Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements
and rights -of -way of record or in use.
Parcel 4:
The SW1 /4NE1/4 in Section 27, T35N, R119W, 6 P.M.
Also a tract of land situate in the SE1 /4NE1/4 Section 27, T35N, R119W, 6 P.M.,
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the SE1 /4NE1/4 Section 27, T35N, R119W,
6 P.M., thence West approximately 80 rods along the North boundary line of the
SE1 /4NE1/4 of said Section 27, to the West boundary line thereof; thence South
along the West boundary line of the said SE1 /4NE1/4, Section 27 a distance of
approximately 50 feet; thence East on a line parallel to the North boundary line of
the said SE1 /4NE1/4 a distance of approximately 80 rods to the East boundary line
of said SE1 /4NE1/4; thence North along said East boundary line a distance of
approximately 50 feet to the point of beginning together with all water rights,
improvements and appurtenances thereon.
Together with all water, water rights, mineral rights, improvements and
appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject,
however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights -of -way of
record or in use.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM: A tract of land situate in the SW1 /4NE1/4 Section 27,
T35N, R119W, 6 P.M., more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast Corner of the SW1 /4NE1/4, Section 27, T35N,
R119W, 6 P.M., thence South along the East boundary line of said SW1 /4NE1/4 of
Section 27 approximately 50 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing South
along the East boundary line of said SW1 /4NE1/4 of Section 27 approximately 1,270
feet to the South boundary line of the SW1 /4NE1/4 of Section 27; thence West a

distance of 50 feet; thence North on a line parallel to the East boundary line of the
SW1 /4NE1/4 of Section 27 a distance of approximately 1,270 feet; thence East 50
feet to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING and RESERVING from the above 4 parcels, as applicable, those lands
conveyed by those certain Warranty Deeds recorded in the Office of the Lincoln
County Clerk in Book 448, page 337, Book 448, page 338 and Book 453, page 318,
respectively.

The SW1 /4 of Section 12 T35N, R119W, Sixth Principal Meridian in Wyoming.
Quitclaim Deed recorded in Book 579, page 332:
A portion of the NW1 /4NW1/4 of Section 34, T35N, R119W of the 6 P.M., located
East of Freedom, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and being more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at a point on the North line of said NW1 /4NW1/4 said point being East
143 feet from the Northwest corner of said NW1 /4NW1/4 and at the approximate
center line of Salt River; thence East, along said North line, 781 feet, more or less,
to a point 396 feet West from the Northeast corner of said NW1 /4NW1/4; thence
South, parallel with the East line of said NW1 /4NW1/4 385 feet; thence East, parallel
with said North line, 396 feet to a point in said East line of the NW1 /4NW1/4; thence
South, along said East line, 935 feet, more or less, to the Southeast corner of said
NW1 /4NW1/4; thence West, along the South line of said NW1 /4NW1/4, 105.33 feet,
more or less, to the approximate center line of Salt River; thence Northerly and
Westerly, along said approximate center line of Salt River, the following courses and
distances to the point of beginning: North 26 °36' West 108.27 feet, North 42 °15'
West 89 feet, North 56 °15' West 81 feet, North 72 °12' West 77 feet, North 81 °55'
West 94 feet, South 73 °33' West 183 feet; South 80 °45' West 153 feet, North 65°
West 71 feet, North 47 °29' West 138 feet, North 0 °46' East 308 feet and North
18 °30' West 760 feet containing 23.153 acres of land, more or less, together with all
water and water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights
of -way of record or in use.

2. That the names of the grantees in that Quitclaim Deed dated February 24, 2000,
and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on October 31, 2000, in Book 455PR, page
6, Recording No. 869381, referred to above, conveying the above described real property is hereby

stated to be as follows: Archie D. Nelson and Corine P. Nelson, Trustees of the Archie D. and
Corine P. Nelson Family Trust dated February 24, 2000 "the Trust
That the names of the grantees in that Quitclaim Deed dated February 16, 2005,
and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on February 22, 2005, in Book 579, page
332, Recording No. 906607, referred to above, conveying the above described real property is
hereby stated to be as follows: Archie D. Nelson and Corine P. Nelson, Trustees of the Archie D.
and Corine P. Nelson Family Trust dated February 24, 2000 "the Trust
3. That he is a beneficiary of the Trust.
4. That his name and address is Michael Brian Nelson, PO Box 183, Freedom, WY
5. That he is the son of Archie D. Nelson and Corine P. Nelson, and a beneficiary of
the Trust, that Archie D. Nelson became deceased on June 4, 2005, that Corine P. Nelson became
deceased on June 7, 2010, that upon the death of Corine P. Nelson, Thomas Euvern Nelson and
he became the Successor Co- Trustees of the Trust pursuant to Section 11.01 of the Trust.
6. That as of June 7, 2010, the date of death of Corine P. Nelson, Thomas Euvern
Nelson and Michael Brian Nelson became the Successor Co- Trustees of the Trust, including its
ownership of the property described above, and that they are currently lawfully serving in that
capacity.
7. That he hereby verifies that the information contained in this Statement of Trust and
Identity of Successor Trustee is true and correct according to his information and belief.
