LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK, KEMMERER, WY SHERIFF'S DEED
THIS SHERIFF'S DEED made between the Sheriff of Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, hereinafter "Grantor," and Star Valley Ranch Association, a Wyoming Nonprofit
Association, hereinafter "Grantee," of 781 Vista East Drive, HC 62, Box 7008, Star Valley
Ranch, Wyoming 83127.
WHEREAS, JEFF P. CARLISLE and DIANE W. EDWARDS- CARLISLE (hereinafter
"Debtors purchased certain real property that was and is subject to certain annual assessment
dues of the Creditor, pursuant to Article VI of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and
Restrictions (hereinafter "DCCRs as Debtors to Star Valley Ranch Association, that said and
certain annual assessments dues became delinquent by Debtors to Creditor. That certain real
property is more particularly described, to wit:
PLAT 16, LOT 077 of Star Valley Ranch, the physical address for said
lot being: 314 Alta Drive, Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming, as described
on the official plat filed on September 27, 1978 as instrument No.
544467 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk, Kemmerer,
Wyoming.
MOREOVER, Judgment having been entered by the Honorable Marvin L. Tyler, Lincoln
County District Court on January 27 2010 against the Debtors and awarded to Creditor to
secure payment of said certain annual assessment dues as stated previously herein. Said
Judgment having been duly recorded in Book 756, Page 161, Receiving #956345 in the official
records of the Lincoln County Clerk, Wyoming.
WHEREAS, pursuant to a Notice of Execution, the tract of land, which was the subject of
said annual assessment dues and subsequent Judgment was sold at an execution sale and public
auction at Kemmerer, Wyoming on the 28th day of February 2012, at 10:00 a.m.
WHEREAS, pursuant to said execution sale at public auction a Certificate of Purchase
was issued to the purchaser, the Grantee herein, and no assignment of that certificate has been
made since that time. The Certificate of Purchase having been recorded in the office of the
Lincoln County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming on V the day
of 3C.' Q 2012 in Book 3' Page 55'
NOW THEREFORE, know all men by this Deed, that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff of the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have granted and sold
and do hereby convey to Star Valley Ranch Association, its heirs and assigns, the following

described real estate and property:
PLAT 16, LOT 077 of Star Valley Ranch, the physical address for said
lot being: 314 Alta Drive, Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming, as described
on the official plat filed on September 27, 1978 as instrument No.
544467 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk, Kemmerer,
Wyoming.
To have and to hold the described premises with all appurtenances to said Grantee, Star
Valley Ranch Association, its heirs and assigns forever.
