Liability Company, as Mortgagor, dated as of May 30, 2007, and recorded on June 4, 2007, [as
Document No. 929947] [in Book 660, at Page 373 -379] of the office of the Register of Deeds of Lincoln
County, Wyoming, hereby certifies and declares that said Mortgage, together with the debt secured
thereby, is fully paid, satisfied, released and discharged, and that the property described in said Mortgage
is released from the lien of said Mortgage.
