This Limited Power of Attorney shall be effective from the date of my signature hereto. I intend the authorizations and powers granted in this Limited Power of Attorney to continue during any period when I am disabled, incompetent, or absent. 2. Powers. My Attorney shall have the power and authority to take any actions necessary or incident to the execution of the powers granted by this Limited Power of Attorney as I could do as if personally present. For purposes of clarification, and not as a limitation of this grant of limited powers, these powers shall include: the disposition of any real estate located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, including the power to lease, sell, convey, or otherwise dispose of all real estate, and to execute and deliver assignments, contracts, deeds, bills of sale, and any other instruments necessary to complete the leasing or sale of real estate. 3. Governing Law. This Limited Power of Attorney shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming in all respects, including validity, construction, interpretation, and termination.
