KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that DEBORAH F. HURD, with
an undivided 50.0% interest as a tenant in common, GREG FREI, with an undivided 25.0%
interest as a tenant in common, CARRIE BALLY (formerly known as CARRIE BRYSON),
with an undivided 8.333% interest as a tenant in common, BRETT BRYSON (also known as
BRETT D. BRYSON and BRET BRYSON), with an undivided 8.334% interest as a tenant in
common, and PAM COOPERIDER, with an undivided 8.333% interest as a tenant in common,
c/o LUTHI VOYLES, LLC, P.O. Box 820, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, GRANTORS, for and in
consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby CONVEY AND WARRANT to JOHN E.
McDONALD and GAIL I. McDONALD, TRUSTEES of The John and Gail McDonald Trust,
a Revocable Living trust dated January 11, 2007, GRANTEES, and their successors and assigns,
the following described real estate situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming,
to -wit:
That property described in the "DESCRIPTION FOR LEONARD SULLIVAN
SULLIVAN TRACT REVISED (2) dated 30 October 2002, which is attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference.
Together with all improvements, and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise
pertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all covenants, conditions, reservations,
restrictions, easements, and rights -of -way of record, of sight, or in use.

That part of the W'ASW1/4 of Section 12, T33N, R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, it
being the intent to more correctly described that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County in Book 185 of Photostatic Records on page 380, as follows:
BEGINNING at a position on the west line of said W1/2SW1/4, N00 12' -00 "E, 1190.83
feet from the southwest corner of said Section 12;
thence continuing, N00 12' -00 "E, 457.79 feet, along said west line, to a point on the
northwesterly bank of Salt River;
thence N86 08' -34 "E, 29.66 feet, along said bank, to a point;
thence N70 08' -59 "E, 67.85 feet, along said bank, to a point;
thence S59 32' -48 "E, 690.32 feet, to a point;
thence N86 27' -12 "E, 100.00 feet, to a point;
thence S03 32' -48 "E, 90.00 feet, to a point under an existing fence line;
thence S86 27' -12 "W, 797.00 feet, along said fence line, in part to the POSITION OF
BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 5.09 acres, more or less;
TOGETHER with a right of ingress and egress over a strip of land twenty-five (25) feet in
width, with the southerly line described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast comer of the above described tract;
thence N86 27' -12 "E, 251.88 feet, along an existing fence line, in part, to a spike on
the centerline of U.S. Highway 89;
the northerly line of the above described easement to be lengthened or shortened as
necessary to create a continuous easement with a minimum width of twenty -five (25) feet
to meet the centerline of U.S. Highway 89 and the easterly boundary line of the above
described tract;

each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap
inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 5368 with appropriate
details;
each "spike" marked by a 3/8" x 12" steel spike;
