Wooden has tenancy by the entireties with me in land in Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described in the Quitclaim Deed and the Warranty Deed creating the tenancy by the entireties that were recorded in the Lincoln County, Wyoming land records in Book 215 PR at Page 264 on June 21, 1984 as Instrument No. 617838 and in Book 215 PR at Page 305 on June 22, 1984 as Instrument No. 617903. 2. I, Patsy M. Wooden, the surviving spouse of Donald H. Wooden, hereby certify that Donald H. Wooden died on February 18, 2012. Attached hereto is an original copy of the Certificate of Death issued for Donald H. Wooden. 3. Pursuant to Wyoming Statutes 2 -9 -102, I certify that the tenancy of Donald H. Wooden has been terminated by his death and that title to the above referenced lands are now in the name of Patsy M. Wooden, a single woman. DATED this 13'& day of June, 2012. WOODEN PLAT OF TRACTS IN NE4SW' SECTION 29 T37N R118W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING the base bearing for this survey is the west line of Lot 5 of Section 29, Township 37 North, Range 118 West North 00 °04' West; Subject to the right -of -way for State Highway 89; and it is further stipulated that the survey was performed by Paul N. Scherbel, Registered Land Surveyor No. 164 on 8 May 1984 and that the points finiting the boundary line between the Hal J. Taylor and Donald H. Wooden and Wendell McNeal lands were personally observed by the said Hal J. Taylor and Margaret Taylor and that they agreed that the said monuments marked the boundary between 00819 the two properties; and it is further stipulated by the grantees in accepting this deed that they agree that said Hal J. Taylor and Margaret Taylor, their heirs, successors, or assigns, may continue the historical use of the east forty feet of the south, 228 feet of the said McNeal lands for the passage of vehicles for access to the Hal J.
