I, PATSY M. WOODEN, being duly sworn under oath, state as follows:
1. Donald H. Wooden has tenancy by the entireties with me in land in Lincoln
County, Wyoming, more particularly described in the Quitclaim Deed and the Warranty Deed
creating the tenancy by the entireties that were recorded in the Lincoln County, Wyoming land
records in Book 215 PR at Page 264 on June 21, 1984 as Instrument No. 617838 and in Book
215 PR at Page 305 on June 22, 1984 as Instrument No. 617903.
2. I, Patsy M. Wooden, the surviving spouse of Donald H. Wooden, hereby certify
that Donald H. Wooden died on February 18, 2012. Attached hereto is an original copy of the
Certificate of Death issued for Donald H. Wooden.
3. Pursuant to Wyoming Statutes 2 -9 -102, I certify that the tenancy of Donald H.
Wooden has been terminated by his death and that title to the above referenced lands are now in
the name of Patsy M. Wooden, a single woman.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that HAL J. TAYLOR and
MARGARET TAYLOR, husband and wife, grantors of the County of Lincoln,
State of Wyoming for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00) and other valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, have hereby remised, released and
forever quitclaimed unto the said WENDELL McNEAI, and MARGARET McNEAL,
husband and wife, and DONALD H. WOODEN and PATSY M. WOODEN, husband
and wife, as their interest may appear, their heirs and assigns
forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim
and demand, as they may have or ought to have, in or to all the
following described property, to -wit:
That part of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter
(NEaSWa) of Section 29, Township 37 North, Range 118 West,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, it being the intent to redescrihe those
tracts of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in
Book 92 of Photostatic Records on page 76 and in Book 134 of
Photostatic Records on page 537, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point North 62 °46' East 128.6 feet from a monument
inscribed "2371 +92.00 100 LT" on the northerly right -of -way line
of State Highway 89, North 58 °54' East, 2052.30 feet from the
southwest corner of Lot 5 of said Section 29; thence North 26 °48'
West, 315.42 feet along the east line of that tract of land now
belonging to Wardell Jenkins to a point on the southerly line of
Three Rivers Spur of the Palisades Heights Subdivision of record
in the said Office as Plat No. 249; thence North 67 °39' East,
127.00 feet along the said line to a point; thence South 61 °58'
East, 95.88 feet along the west line of that tract of record in
the said Office in Book 131 of Photostatic Records on page 232 to
a point; thence South 37 °52' East, 228.00 feet along the said
west line to a point within the bounds of State Highway 89;
thence South 62 °21' West, 225.4 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING:
ENCOMPASSING an area of 1.34 acres, more or less; each point
marked by a 5/8" steel reinforcing rod with aluminum cap
inscribed "NELSON ENGR PE /LS578" or a steel T- shaped stake 24"
long with metal cap inscribed "SURVEY POINT DO NOT DISTURB
RLS164" or "PAUL N. SCHERBEL SURVEY POINT RLS164 all in
accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the said Office
titled, "DONALD H. WOODEN PLAT OF TRACTS IN NE4SW' SECTION 29
T37N R118W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING the base bearing for this
survey is the west line of Lot 5 of Section 29, Township 37
North, Range 118 West North 00 °04' West;
Subject to the right -of -way for State Highway 89; and it is
further stipulated that the survey was performed by Paul N.
Scherbel, Registered Land Surveyor No. 164 on 8 May 1984 and that
the points finiting the boundary line between the Hal J. Taylor
and Donald H. Wooden and Wendell McNeal lands were personally
observed by the said Hal J. Taylor and Margaret Taylor and that
they agreed that the said monuments marked the boundary between

the two properties; and it is further stipulated by the grantees
in accepting this deed that they agree that said Hal J. Taylor
and Margaret Taylor, their heirs, successors, or assigns, may
continue the historical use of the east forty feet of the south,
228 feet of the said McNeal lands for the passage of vehicles for
access to the Hal J. Taylor property.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by
virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.

WARRANTY DEED
WENDELL McNEAL and MARGARET McNEAL, husband and wife,
Grantors of County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in
consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND WARRANT to DONALD H. WOODEN and PATSY M. WOODEN, husband
and wife as tenants by the entireties, Grantees whose address is
Alpine, Wyoming, the following described real estate situate in County
of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State, to -wit:
That part of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter
(NEaSW4) of Section 29, Township 37 North, Range 118 West,
Lincoln County, Wyoming being part of that tract of record in the
Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 94 of Photostatic
Records on page 368, described as follows:
The EASTERLY, FORTY (40) FEET of the following described tract
measured perpendicular to the easterly line;
BEGINNING at a place marked by a 5/8" steel reinforcing rod with
aluminum cap inscribed "NELSON ENGR PE /LS578 North 62 °46' East,
128.6 feet from a monument inscribed "2371 +92.00 100 LT" on the
northerly right -of -way line of State Highway 89, North 58 °54'
East, 2052.30 feet from the southwest corner of Lot 5 of said
Section 29; thence North 26 °48' West, 128.0 feet along the east
line of that tract of land now belonging to Wardell Jenkins to a
point; thence North 57 °31' East, 198.25 feet to a point on the
west line of that tract of record in the said Office in Book 131
of Photostatic Records on page 232; thence South 37 °52' East,
146.80 feet along the said west line to a point within the bounds
of said State Highway 89; thence South 62 21' West, 225.4 feet to
the Point of Beginning;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 0.13 acre, more or less; each point
marked by a steel T- shaped stake 24" long with metal cap
inscribed "PAUL N. SCHERBEL RLS164 SURVEY POINT
SUBJECT to the right -of -way for State Highway 89; and the grantee
upon accepting this conveyance stipulates that that easement of
record in the said Office in Book 132 of Photostatic Records on
page 295 is hereby relinquished; the base bearing for this survey
is the west line of Lot 5 of Section 29, Township 37 North, Range
118 West North 00 °04' West; all in accordance with the plat
prepared to be filed in the said Office titled "DONALD H. WOODEN
