KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Richard V. Andrews and Renee Andrews, husband and wife, of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, in consideration of the trust created herein and for the other covenants contained herein convey and quitclaim unto Richard V. Andrews and Renee Andrews and their successors, Trustees, for the uses and purposes set forth in the Verlen and Renee Andrews Family Trust dated June 1, 2012, between Grantors and Trustees, Richard V. Andrews and Renee Andrews, beneficiaries, of 160 East 5th Avenue, PO Box 1021, Afton, WY 83110, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as they have or ought to have, in or to all the following described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to -wit: Residence located at 160 East 5th Avenue, Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as more particularly described in the following conveyances: Warranty Deed dated September 1, 1983, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on November 14, 1984, in Book 221 PR, page 24; Quitclaim Deed dated June 25, 1986,and recorded in said office on June 25, 1986, in Book 239 PR, Page 561; and Quitclaim Deed dated June 25, 1986, and recorded in said office on June 25, 1986, in Book 239 PR, page 562; more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point 165 feet West of the Northeast Corner of Lot 1, Block 28, of the Afton, Wyoming, Townsite, and running thence West 90.62 feet, thence South 132 feet, thence East 90.62 feet, thence North 132 feet, to the point of beginning, together with all improvements located thereon. Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Richard V.
