the following described real property, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming:
Part of Lot 2 of Block 27 in the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning 4 rods West of the Northeast corner of said Lot 2, and running
thence South 12 rods,
thence West 3 rods, thence North 12 rods,
thence East 3 rods to the place of beginning
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption
Law of the State.
