Robert Michael Forister, Grantor, of Cheyenne, Laramie County, Wyoming, for and in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, GRANTS, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS the following
described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to Robert M. Forister as
Trustee of the Robert Michael Forister Trust dated October 14, 2009, whose address is 413 West
2 °d Avenue, Cheyenne, Wyoming, to wit:
Lot 157 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 18, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the
official plat thereof.
Together with all rights, privileges, appurtenances, and hereditaments thereto
appertaining, and expressly including all after acquired title thereto.
Subject to all reservations, easements, covenants, rights of way and encumbrances and
indebtedness of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF Robert Michael Forister has hereunto set his hand and seal
this 1 q day of 2012. Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by
virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
Grantor certifies that Grantor's wife Eileen Diane Forister has never resided on said
property nor used or claimed the same as a personal residence and has no homestead interest in
said real property.
The foregoing Warranty Deed was acknowledged before me by Robert Michael Forister
