NOTICE OF LIEN ASSESSMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Terms, Conditions and Provisions of the
Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of the Ridge Homeowners
Association, as contained in instruments of record with the Lincoln County Clerk in Book
553 of Photo, page 54, receiving number 8988829, that there exists a lien for assessments
and interest on the following described real property located within Lincoln County,
Wyoming:
Lot 13 of Aspen Ridge Estates, Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to that
plat filed April 28, 2004 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk as Plat No.
237 -B.
This amount includes $1,193.00 in unpaid indebtedness for HOA dues plus interest
that has accrued for non payment. It also includes $150 in attorneys fees incurred
in the preparation and filing of this amended lien statement and for the ultimate
release of this lien when paid in full. It also includes the $8.00 filing fee paid at the
time of filing this lien and the $8.00 fee that will be paid upon filing a release of lien.
