Kirkwood, a/Wa Klip Kirkwood. In the Last Will and Testament of Edwin T. Kirkwood, a/k/a Klip Kirkwood it states in Section Sixth Sub Paragraph C that the Personal Representative can sell, convey, exchange, transfer, assign, mortgage, pledge, invest or reinvest the whole or any portion of my real or personal estate without Court approval or supervision. NOW, THEREFORE, Kenneth Mulvehal, as Personal Representative of the Estate of' Edwin T, Kirkwood, a/k/a Klip Kirkwood, deceased, Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof being hereby acknowledged, does by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto William J. Thek and Mary S. Thek, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties with rights of survivorship, Grantee, all of said estate's right, title and interest in and to the following described real estate, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State, to -wit: Lots Numbered One and Two of Block Numbered 45 in the Second Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as surveyed, platted and recorded; together with all improvements thereon. Subject to easements and restrictions of record.
