The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows: Assignee: Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. Assignment dated: December 14, 2011 Assignment recorded: December 20, 2011 Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 962415 in Book 778PR at Page 182 All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on February 7, 2012, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.
