SHERIFF'S DEED
WHEREAS, David Steven Farmer, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to
First Horizon Home Loans, a Division of First Tennesse Bank N.A., as
mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage
dated June 14, 2007 (the "Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the
office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on June 18, 2007, at Reception No. 930430 in Book
662 at Page 352.
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:

All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of Wyoming Community Development Authority, acting under a power
of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell
the hereinafter described real property on January 31, 2012, at 10:00 o'clock in
the forenoon, at public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse
located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Wyoming Community Development Authority
"Successful Bidder made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described
real property in the sum of $99,000.00, and the said real property was then and
there sold to the Successful Bidder on January 31, 2012 "Sale Date and a
Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which
Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County
Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on January 31, 2012, at Reception No. 963001 in Book 780 at Page
374.;
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said Wyoming Community
Development Authority, 155 N. Beech Street, PO Box 634, Casper, WY 82602,
its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the following described
real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to -wit:
UNIT 304 OF BUILDING 300, STATELINE CONDOMINIUMS, AS
SHOWN ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF FILED ON SEPTEMBER 12,
2006, AS DOCUMENT NO. 922381, AS PLAT NO. 362 -A, IN THE OFFICE OF
THE CLERK OF LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING, ALSO BEING A PART OF
LOT 3, STATELINE ESTATES, AS SHOWN ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT
THEREOF FILED ON NOVEMBER 17, 2005, AS DOCUMENT NO. 913797,
AS PLAT NO. 293 -E, IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF LINCOLN
COUNTY, WYOMING, AND FURTHER DEFINED AND DESCRIBED IN THAT

922380, IN BOOK 633, AT PAGE 513 OR SET FORTH IN THE RELATED
BYLAWS IN ANY INSTRUMENT CREATING THE ESTATE OR INTEREST
INSURED BY THIS POLICY; AND IN ANY OTHER ALLIED INSTRUMENT
REFERRED TO IN ANY OF THE INSTRUMENTS AFORESAID.
