acknowledged, the undersigned hereby releases, terminates and discharges the undersigned's
rights, titles and interests created and evidenced by the instruments (hereinafter called the
"Exhibit A Instruments heretofore executed to or for the benefit of the undersigned, as such
instruments are more particularly described by reference to applicable filing and/or recordation
data on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes, including all liens,
security interests and assignments created and existing under such Exhibit A Instruments on the
properties and interests described in and burdened thereby, INSOFAR AND ONLY INSOFAR
AS SAME RELATE TO AND COVER the properties and interests described in Exhibit B (the
"Exhibit B Properties attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes, it being the
undersigned's intent to reserve, retain and maintain in full force and effect all liens, security
interests, rights, titles and interests arising under the Exhibit A Instruments in and to all other
properties and interests described therein.
Reference is hereby made to the Exhibit A Instruments for all purposes in connection
herewith. Recording references of the Exhibit A Instruments are to the mortgage, deed of trust,
financing statement or other appropriate records in the county in which such original Exhibit A
Instruments are recorded.
