NON EXCLUSIVE PIPELINE EASEMENT
Wallace L. Stock, GRANTOR, of Laramie County, Wyoming for and in consideration of
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to Lincoln
Development, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, their successors and assigns,
GRANTEE, whose address is P.O. Box 77, Afton, WY 83110, an easement for a non-
exclusive underground irrigation pipeline one rod in width over, under and across the
following described property, namely:
The easterly one rod of that portion of the land within the E1/2SW1/4 of Section 26,
T32N R119W, described in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 645PR on page 570
of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk, lying and being situate southerly of
the West Afton Pipeline as depicted on the map of record in the Office of the
Clerk of Lincoln County filed with Instrument No. 965059.
Together with the right to construct, maintain, improve and repair an irrigation pipeline
within the above described easement, provided Grantee shall repair and reclaim any
damage caused to the surface of the land due to its activity.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
