SCRIVENER'S AFFIDAVIT

Whitney Hysell, being first duly sworn, upon her oath deposes and states as
follows:
1. I am a Title Officer for Alliance Title and Escrow of Wyoming, LLC
located in Kemmerer, Wyoming.
2. I am familiar with the documents in the chain of title respecting the
following described real property:

Lot 4 of Lonesome Dove Ranch Subdivision, Second Filing of Lot 1 of
Lonesome Dove Ranches, Lincoln County, Wyoming according to that
Plat filed August 14, 2003 as Instrument No 892463.
3. Alliance Title and Escrow of Wyoming, LLC recorded a SCRIVENER'S
AFFIDAVIT TO CORRECT A SHORT FORM LINE OF CREDIT MORTGAGE.
Prior to recording, Alliance Title and Escrow assisted in preparing the
Scrivener's Affidavit
4. The incorrect recording information read as follows: SHORT FORM LINE
OF CREDIT MORTGAGE recorded October 27, 2010 in Book 756PR on
Page 742 of the office of the Lincoln County Clerk
5. The correct recording information for the SHORT FORM LINE OF CREIDT
MORTGAGE reads as follows: recorded October 27, 2010, in Book 756PR
page 299 of the Lincoln County public records.

6. The following document was recorded with the incorrect recording
information:
SCRIVENER'S AFFIDAVIT recorded June, 15, 2012 in Book 787PR on
Page 811 of the Lincoln County public records.
7. This affidavit is being filed to correct the scrivener's error contained in
the above referenced document.
