Wilkes and Ione R. Wilkes, Trustees of the Boyd W. Wilkes and Ione R. Wilkes Revocable Trust U /T /D March 30th, 1994 (the "Mortgagor of Lincoln County, Wyoming, dated 15th day of August, 1997, and recorded in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming, on the 18th day of August, 1997, in Book 400PR, pages 539 to 544, and modified by Mortgage Assignment and Modification Agreement dated the 1St day of July, 1999, and recorded in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming, on the 11th day of May, 2000, in Book 445PR, pages 503 to 506, and subsequently modified by Mortgage Assignment, Assumption and Modification Agreement with Substitution of Liability dated the 1St day of August, 2001, and recorded in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming, on the 7th day of August, 2001, in Book 470, pages 167 to 170, mortgaging the following described real estate has been fully satisfied by the payment of the debt secured thereby and is hereby cancelled and discharged: See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
