"Lessor whose mailing address is 8440 Etienne Way Sandy, UT 84093, and Union Telephone Company, "Lessee whose mailing address is P.O. Box 160, Mountain View, Wyoming 82939. WHEREAS, Lessor and Lessee executed and entered into a Lease Agreement (the "Lease Lease Reference No. 11WGS099201, dated ?Lc, /b 2011, for the purpose of installing, operating and maintaining radio communications facilities and other improvements on the Property (as hereinafter defined).
