84150, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable

Lincoln County, Wyoming, to wit:
That property described in the Decree Quieting Title that was recorded in
the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on July 11, 1995 in Book 370 at
Pages 679 through 681 as Instrument No. 804930, a copy of which is attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

Now on this day, this cause coming on regularly for trial, the plaintiff appearing by
Gerald L. Goulding, Esq., its attorney, and the defendants not appearing, -either in person
or by counsel, in the time allowed by law, and it appearing to this court that the defendants
have been regularly and duly served personally or with complaint and summons by
publication in the Kemmerer Gazette, a weekly newspaper of genera! circulation in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, published at Kemmerer, Wyoming, and that a copy
of the Notice of Suit was not mailed to the defendants because they have no known
address and addresses for defendants cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained;
that the time allowed by law for answering or otherwise pleading has expired as of the
10th day of July, 1995, and the default of the defendants is hereby duly entered,
according to law; and the Court having heard the evidence and having examined the
proofs offered herein, and having fully considered the same, and having found that the
allegations of the plaintiffs' complaint are all true, now, therefore, by reason of the
foregoing facts, and by virtue of the law;
