Box 298, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby remises, releases, and forever quitclaims unto the CORPORATION OF THE PRESIDING BISHOP OF THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER -DAY SAINTS, a Utah corporation, 50 East North Temple Street, 12th Floor, Salt Lake City, Utah 84150, GRANTEE, and its successors and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest property, possession, claim and demand as it may have or ought to have, in or to the following described property situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit: That property described in the Quitclaim Deed that was recorded in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on January 10, 1979 in Book 152 PR at Page 71 as Instrument No. 518432, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. That property described in the Special Warranty Deed that was recorded in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on October 3, 1979 in Book 160 PR at Page 451 as Instrument No. 530998, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. That property described in the Special Warranty Deed that was recorded in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on April 16, 1980 in Book 165 PR at Page 8 as Instrument No. 538763, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. That portion of Elk Street (also known as Elk Avenue) between Blocks 6 and 7 of the Van Noy Park Addition to the Town of Thayne as shown on the map that is filed in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming as Plat No. 185.
