for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND
WARRANTS to Michael J. McCamish and Dominga McCamish, husband and wife as
tenants by the entireties, GRANTEES, whose address is Post Office Box 3134, Alpine,
Wyoming 83128, the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln,
State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot 4 of the South Lake Estates Subdivision according to that plat
recorded December 13, 1991 as Instrument No. 742139 in the Office of the
Lincoln County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming.

Together with and including all improvements thereon and all
appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all
covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, and rights -of-
way of record.
